    Came in after cycling on a Saturday evening. Virtually empty, not serving food. Very unfriendly bar lady who seemed affronted that we were in her pub. Only accept card if over £10. Charge 70p for tap water. Stay away if not one the 3 locals who are welcome.

    A good old-fashioned friendly pub. The food is very nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. Well worth a visit for lunch or early evening.
